Kayak: Medes Islands Tour

The marine reserve islands

This kayak departure combines sport, sea and adventure, and allows us to discover the Medes Islands and its seabed.

The duration is 2 hours, and always taking into account the weather, we will try to reach the islands and surround the Meda Gran, where we will bathe and recover forces to return to port.

The guide will teach you before beginning the basic notions necessary to perform the activity, which is done in very stable double kayaks (for experienced people we have an individual kayak).

You will be accompanied by the guide at all times, and assisted by a pneumatic boat that will help you if necessary.

Meeting time: Saturday at 09h30. Daily from July to September.

Material: Wetsuit, Kayak, life jacket and paddle.

Duration: 2 hours and 30 minutes.

Minimum: 6 years.

Not included: Sport clothes, swimming suit and towel, water, solar cream and if you want photography camera.

Kayak on the Montgrí's coast

Cliffs and creeks in the Natural Park of Montgrí Illes Medes.

We propose a visit from the sea to the cliffs of the Montgrí Natural Park in kayak.

A 4h-hour outing for lovers of this sport, (for experienced people we have some individual kayaks) to explore the different landscapes that make up this protected area and to know the unique geological formation and its biodiversity.

Accompanied by our experienced guides, and with the equipment provided by Medaqua, you can perform an activity that combines sport and knowledge of the environment.

We will discover coves, cliffs, hiding places, a special geological amalgam of great importance, and we will bathe in its waters.

Discover the karstic zones, as a feature of an amazing Natural Park, not only for its wealth, but also for its beauty.

Meeting time: Wednesday and Saturday at 08h00 from 26/06 to 15/09.

Minimum: 4 persons.

Level: Low-Medium.
