Medium level route. 22km.
45% of the route by bicycle tracks and the rest by road. Cap de Creus Natural Park, creeks, nice landscapes. Cultural route: Dolmen de la Creu d'en Cobertella.

Not recommended in summer due to the high occupation of the road.

Easy route. 34km.
99% of the route by bicycle tracks. Aiguamolls Natural Park, Empuriabrava Marina. Beaches. Special for families.

Roses- Peralada - Roses
Long but easy route, aprox. 46km.
90% of the route by country paths. Empordà charming villages: Castelló d'Empúries, Vilanova de la Muga and Peralada. Aiguamolls Natural Park.
