1st day: Group assistance and transfer from the Girona-Costa Brava airport or Girona or Figueres train stations, transfer to Roses, installation at the 3 * Hotel in Roses. Lunch. In the afternoon sailing catamaran initiation, 3 hours. Genwind, dinner and lodging.

2nd day: Breakfast, in the morning, 3 hours guided activity with sea kayak (GenWind. “Brancs Excursion”) in the Cap de Creus Natural Park. Lunch at the hotel or picnic. In the afternoon, nautical activities (Aventura Nautica. “Banana” 15 minutes & “Flyfish” 15 minutes). Dinner and lodging.

3rd day: Breakfast, in the morning guided hiking tour of 4 hours (Walk & Bikes) in the Natural Park of Aiguamolls de l'Empordà or Cap de Creus. Lunch at the hotel or picnic. In the afternoon, guided tour of 3 hours by Electric Bike (Bicicletasyrutas) at the Natural Park of Aiguamolls de l'Empordà or Cap de Creus. Dinner and lodging.

4th day: Breakfast, all day spending in the Roses aquatic park (AQUABRAVA). Lunch at the park. Dinner and lodging.

5th day: Breakfast. In the morning, a guided activity of 2 hours to discover the Paddle XL. (Genwind). Lunch at the hotel. Transfer to Girona-Costa Brava airport or Girona or Figueres train stations.
